She figured out what I needed based on a picture, but they didn't have it in stock, so told me that they could order it and it would take 3 days.. then gave me the part number on a post-it and unofficially suggested a larger parts store that might have it in stock. Super helpful; would recommend.

Had a hydraulic problem that turned out to be a hole worn into the side of a high pressure hose. The people working we're friendly and helpful. A young man assembled a replacement while I waited, and it turned out great. Their greeter is a Russian wolfhound and is really fun.

Always ready and willing to discuss your needs and will show you different options to make sure you get exactly the right product. They will go as far as to look at your vehicle to make sure you are getting/ordering the right part and will always help you carry out your products. Try and get any of this from the big box stores!
