HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Last Saturday, Oct 4, Cheboygan Towing was able to help us when our old Corvette broke down just outside of town. We were 160 miles from home. I am thankful for the patience of the dispatcher, who I called several times, and who was probably at home on a lovely Saturday evening. She arranged the truck and driver for us. I am thankful for the kindness and professionalism of the driver, who took on this long pick up and deliver mission with good cheer, towards the end of a long day for him. He was gentle with the old car, and took care not to scuff it when loading, strapping down, and unloading. At the end of our journey, he helped me push it into the garage. All of this helped keep this as a good day, despite the difficulties. Thank you Cheboygan Towing team. I apologize for not remembering the names of the two people who worked with us.

We needed a car towed from Petoskey to a charlevoix shop and AAA sent Cheboygan towing out to help us. Beau was our tow truck driver and he arrived extremely fast and was just so kind and professional the entire time. He clearly knew what he was doing and he got our car onto the truck efficiently and without issue. Thank you again to Beau and AAA for taking such good care of us and our car!

I would never use this company again. My insurance company called them out when I was stuck in a snowbank off an icy road. They wanted to charge me $600 to get me out, claimed the road I was on was seasonal (it was not), and said my insurance would not cover it. I declined, and my son called Hawks Towing. AJ let me know what he was going to do, and did it. He was pleasant, nice, and courteous. I cannot say that about the previous tow driver and the rude lady on the phone from Cheboygan Towing. Hawks Towing charged me $150.
