Folks are great, fast and kind. Just hard to reach them. The hours feel as if they are always changing, and sometimes they're not there when the hours say they're open, so when you have food rotting in trash bags because you try to swing by 3+ times a week to no avail, it gets pretty frustrating. For a service you pay for, some consistency would be great.
