Came looking for an entirely new set of windshield wipers. I had selected all three wrong by accident and he made sure I had all the correct ones. Not to mention he came outside and installed them for me!! My experience is always great, but today was exceptional!

It was a dark and stormy ... morning. Jeff had ordered me a new battery and I was there to pick it up and install it in the parking lot. Thanks to Ford engineering, it was virtually impossible to remove it, so Jeff kindly loaned me better tools and a flashlight, but when I didn't emerge from the lot he came outside in the rain and lightning several times to help me along and basically took over. He insisted on installing it correctly which involved reaching way down into a tiny compartment to secure the base, resulting in a major abrasion on the top of his hand. He was amazingly pleasant throughout, seemingly even enjoying helping an overmatched customer. Can America clone this guy please!

I have an older vehicle and had to make an emergency trip out of town. My engine coolant looked low but I wasn’t sure, being totally unfamiliar with vehicle maintenance. I stopped by my local Auto Value in Elk Rapids, Michigan and Jeff was AMAZING! In under 5 minutes he had my hood up, my engine coolant filled he was thoughtful enough to rinse the splashed fluid off with water, AND he checked my other fluid levels. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. I felt immediately put at ease and confident ! I am lucky to have Auto Value in my town and confidently recommend this business and it’s capable employees to anyone who has car part needs! (Side note: they always install my wiper blades for me when I replace them! No need to pay top dollar at the oil change places ladies! ). This is my place! :)
