I just bought a 25 2500 bighorn with the i6 cummins in it got less then 800 miles on it and the battery light is on when I start the truck. took it into hillsdale chrysler dodge jeep showed the service manager a video of what its doing and he said they looked at , there's nothing wrong with it. Um ok? Went home got on the internet to find out that alot of new owners are expiring the same issue. Lots of electrical issues many stating that changing the 2 batteries from oem to aftermarket takes care of the issue. Sounds like a shorted cell in one of the batteries. So I left the dealership and went and bought 2 new batteries for my truck. 595.00$ what is the point of a 5yr 100k mile warranty if you don't have skilled people who are able and willing to try and find the problem and get it fixed. That is why people buy new vehicles so they don't have to have them worked on all the time. I am extremely disappointed with the service I got being an x certified mechanic myself

The staff is amazing, Lee Williams was helpful and an absolute joy to be around. It was comfortable and easy and didn't take long at all. They were through the whole process scraping for deals until the very end when they were positive their were no more. Very clean and welcoming environment. Highly suggest everyone goes there for great vehicles and amazing people. Edit:After we left we've had to go back over 5 times to fix paperwork errors. The title was sent to the wrong bank. So the title had to be redone. It took over a month for them to call about the last error on the title because they were busy and kept forgetting. The office staff is different than the people who sell you the vehicle.

Very straightforward experience! In comparison to many dealerships i have been to over the month of July 2021 this dealership was the most honest. Our salesman Scott was very pleasant and even met with us on his scheduled day off because he knew we were traveling far to see the vehicle. They did try to sell add-ons (which every dealership does) but they were not overbearing with it. They took care of almost everything by phone so that all that needed to be done when we got there was signing. At a time when other dealerships are selling used cars for more than brand new cars we got what i think is a fair price for the vehicle we bought and they even showed us the original window sticker which normally we have to look up on our own. A lot of other dealerships will not provide this especially if the car us being sold for more than what the car was worth when it was first sold. I would consider buying another car from this dealership based on my experience.
