I was amazed and thoroughly disappointed in the lack of customer service I received from this place. I went in to the McBain location since I used to work close by there. Previously I did come to McAllen's in Cadillac on 3 different occasions and was satisfied with their work on my vehicles . So seeing that they did satisfactory work for me before and this was the same company I mistakenly thought that I would get the same if not better service in McBain. I live in Cadillac and made a special trip to McBain to have my vehicle serviced. Boy what a waste of my time. The gentleman working at the counter came up and I explained to him my issue with my vehicle. He stated that he didn't know and then started to say that he was all booked up until next week and would not be able to do anything until then. I asked if he could look at the vehicle and give me an estimate so I can see how much it would cost me. He replied quickly "not today" giving me the impression that he did not want to look at my vehicle and took a very non caring tone that he did not want my business. Sorry but that is NOT the way you treat good paying customers like myself and unfortunately this place has lost my business FOREVER. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it. Go somewhere else because the arrogant and pompous attitude he had was uncalled for and not appreciated. You're in business to get customers and this guy who acted like a jerk should not be in front of customers. I'm appalled that I came all the way out here for nothing. Take it from me. Don't go to McAllen's Car care in McBain. He had a golden opportunity to do much future business with me but my first impression of him was a huge turn off and he miserably failed at getting me to ever come back to this location. Extremely disappointed and I will never come to this place in McBain ever again. I would have given zero stars but I guess you have to put at least one star. He doesn't deserve even one star. Trust me don't come to this horrible place to get your car worked on. You guys blew it.

Would not use these people. I took my leaking exhaust to be fixed, showed them the problem. They charged a $70 diagnostic charge, then used a dIY kit for the fix and charged $200. This was their chance for my future business, how do think I tell people about them? They got a one star because you select zero.

I blew a tire on the freeway. Called at 4:00pm which is super close to closing. They were able to get me in first thing next morning. They took care of me very well! They exceeded expectations! I will be using Allen’s for all my car problems moving forward! I would recommend this company.
