Fantastic above five star service! Wonderful staff member Rocky saved the day. My wife managed to pull two out of four tires off the rims by hitting a curb and parked the car in a parking structure where no tow truck would go. All the tire places were closed on a Sunday near Ann arbor except for Firestone. They had two brands of tires that would fit my vehicle. The least expensive 2 tires were going to be 800.00! Just for the tires not including mounting or labor. I called around and luckily found Rocky at Milan Family Auto. I told him my tire size over the phone and he said yeah he had some of those. "Come on over." Rocky had what I needed and took care of me right away for a very reasonable price. It's not easy, if at all, that you find honest hard-working people in the auto repair service industry. Thank you Milan family Auto. A special thank-you to Rocky for being so awesome.

They came out when our car wouldn’t start for free did a diagnostic test on it free I was skeptical but the technician that came was fully certified professional didn’t upsell me and did my starter in the parking lot of gas station $280 cheaper then we called around and found best roadside assistance and mechanic I have ever seen will be our first and only call

Absolutely unacceptable service. We provided clear photos of our stuck semi truck with a trailer, yet they showed up completely unprepared—with nothing more than a Dodge Ram 2500, clearly incapable of handling the job. Unsurprisingly, they couldn’t get the truck out and had to call a second wrecker. Then, to add insult to injury, they doubled the charge, blaming their own lack of preparation on us. This wasn’t just an oversight—it was incompetence. When you’re in the towing business and given accurate information, you should come equipped for the job. We paid the price—literally—for their poor planning and bad judgment. Avoid this company unless you enjoy overpaying for someone else’s mistakes. Our bill was $2,290.00!
