This yard has some issues that need addressing. There are some good staff here, but that’s about where it stops. Every time I’ve been here most of the cars are scalped for the more valuable items within 12 hours. An employee told me there are a couple of guys that show up with $500 or so a piece and just take anything they can resell (which is great for them but screws over anyone that needs to repair their car and save some cash). Not that this is something they would want to change because they’re a business, but just keep it in mind. Adding to this, the LINES ARE ALWAYS INSANE. Always. They have 4 checkout windows and routinely only have 2 open. This screws over anyone coming after noon most of the week and especially the weekend. Last Saturday I waited an hour and 22 minutes in line alone. Longer than I was even in the yard getting what I needed. It’s insanity. You guys aren’t Walmart, hire more people or get more efficient. Overall I’m glad to at least have a yard I can go to and pull my own stuff, but this place needs a lot of work compared to the yards I’m used to from the east coast.

Went for the 1st time this past Saturday. I was really impressed! Tons of inventory and very organized. Found more than I was looking for and the prices were very fair! Talked with Sal and another gentleman running the show; both were really friendly. Highly recommend! Thanks - Steve L.

About two weeks ago, Lily, a worker in the front. Helped me with a problem I had with my refund, she was not only helping another customer out and she wasn’t the one helping me, but she was helping a different customer. She held an extremely respectful conversation and interaction with the customer and me, while still doing her job amazingly. I was told to come back another time since I had issues with a refund, which I had already drove an hour from Oceanside, with my father being the one taking me to the yard. We were majorly disappointed that we were helped with our refund and just told to come back another time to see if we could possibly, but not fully, just possibly, get a refund. Lily insisted on helping us, the customers get the refund and she repeatedly said you guys, the customers, come first. She is an amazingly kind worker who deserves so much blessings in this life. We were on our way home as we were turned down from our refund, and even said we wouldn’t ever come back to the yard, because of the no refund, and as we were driving back we got a call from lily, saying you can come back, and get that refund. She even took her break same time we were leaving, and spoke to us during her whole break, insisting that without proper customer interaction, she has no job, there is no money coming in. She is a worker who is for the people, and at the same time, gets her job done so well. I will be coming back because of her helping me, kindly, and carefully. If it were not for her I would not even think to come back. She is such a sweet genuine person who helped me, while still at the same time doing her job and charging her line for their parts. Lily is amazing, only giving this a 5 star because of people like her who work at this location. No one else wanted to properly help us. She does her job, and exceeds customer expectations.
