Chris at Certified Auto is awesome! Super friendly and easy to talk to. He found me a great deal on an engine with low mileage, and the shop finished the work even faster than they said they would. The price came in right around the quote, which was great. What really impressed me was that Chris took the time to bring me into the shop, show me the old motor, and explain what went wrong. That kind of honesty and customer care is hard to find. I’d 100% recommend Certified Auto—ask for Chris! He’s a great guy and really goes above and beyond.

These guys are awesome! The place is locally owned. Everyone there are master certified technicians. I took my 2019 Jeep Conpass there on a Saturday at 11am to get my front brake rotors and pads replaced and they were able to get my car done the same day and for a fair price where other places told me it’d take until Monday! When I was there too, they helped a kid who only spoke Spanish. They’re kind, cool, do great work, and charge affordable prices. I will definitely use them again for all my car needs.

Long story short, Certified Auto is THE fast, affordable, honest shop you want when you're having car trouble. Last week I had to have a wrangler serviced. There was a lubrication system problem, and the dealership quote was WAY too high. Dealer wanted to replace oil pump and oil separator, they even floated the idea that I might want to replace my engine instead due to damage from oil issues, as they "couldn't determine if the engine was damaged". I had to request a breakdown on prices, and it just didn't make sense to me, being that I drove to the dealer, I was pretty sure my oil pump was functioning. I heard about Certified Auto from a family member so I called and spoke with Chris. Based on what the dealer said was wrong, he recommended I tow the Jeep over, which I did. Certified Auto looked into my issues and found no internal engine damage (no metal in oil, no knocks or squeals, oil pump functioning and making proper pressure), that only the oil separator was bad and they would be able to have it done the next day. The price was great, work was thorough but fast, estimated time was the evening, but Chris called at noon saying it was ready! When I went to pick it up, he took the time to show me the part that failed, and the actual area of the part that went bad. My price from Certified Auto (and the tow from separate company) ended up being around half of the dealer quote for the specific part of the job that was ACTUALLY the issue. I'm taking another vehicle to Chris for 100k maintenance next month. I wish I could give these guys 10 stars.
