Update: The dealership told me that they would mail me the extra key fob for the car the week after the sale. The key fob never arrived, and despite following up several times by email and text, visiting the dealership when I was in town over the holidays, and making phone calls, I have yet to receive the key fob or a response from the dealership. I am very disappointed in their service after the sale. I bought a used Subaru Outback this week and Tristan was really great to work with! He answered all of my questions, the buying process was simple, the price was fair, and they delivered the car to me across the state!
