Just Bought a truck and it threw me a code on the way home. Stopped to buy whatever it needed but when I asked if I could use a scan tool to see what was wrong, the man behind the counter was so rude and told me I couldn’t use a scan tool but…he would sell me one. Yeah I’m all set guy. I Went a block up the road to Autozone and they came out and scanned my truck and I bought the $200 in parts I needed to fix my truck. This guy lost a sale and a customer today. In case you didn’t realize this, you sell parts. I needed you to tell me what was wrong with the truck and the parts I needed, so I could buy said parts from you. Horrible customer service. Thankfully Autozone hooked me up and truck is running perfectly now. *to clarify I only asked if he or I could scan the truck to see the codes. I’m a licensed mechanic I just didn’t have my scan tool on me. It might be a good idea to get a mechanic on staff if your guy can even hook up a scanner to tell customers what they need to buy. Definitely losing business to competitors that way

Let me start by admitting that I don't know anything about cars or parts, so I'm pretty reluctant to go to random places for help. I came here a few days ago and was blown away by the guy's helpfulness and his honesty. Travis helped me and he was very friendly and you could tell he really knew his stuff when it came to cars as he gave me different options on parts depending on how much I wanted to spend. On top of the part he sold me (which I saved money on according to other people), he also gave me a few tips on installing it myself. It's very refreshing knowing there's auto places with honest and knowledgeable employees like Travis around. I recommended Glendale to my friends and family already, and I will definitely be going back for any help I need in the future.

Great staff, very knowledgeable about the parts they sell. Just about everything I have ever purchased was in stock. Once or twice they had to get it from the warehouse (same day). Great service, great staff, and reliable parts at a fair price. What more can you ask for? Don't be intimidated since it is not your typical self serve type of parts store. Yes they cater primarily to the local shops, but they treat even a novice backyard wrencher with the exact same service and knowledge. Very friendly and accommodating and more knowledgeable than the self serve parts stores in my opinion.
