Excellent and quick service. The exhaust pipe fell open and I was able to get a quote the same day (Friday) I called and walked in. I was able to get it replaced Monday morning and picked it up later that day. I normally don’t go to auto services on my own, but Kelly was very honest and welcoming. After your vehicle inspection, you receive a detailed digital report with findings, photos, and even a priority level for each item. You can easily click through to approve recommended services, which makes the whole process super transparent and efficient. Joel, the technician, was incredibly thorough in his inspection and took the time to make sure everything was clearly documented. The staff is also very responsive and Megan was wonderful to communicate with; friendly, professional and always on top of things. It’s clear this company values both quality service and their community. I brought my vehicle in due to a grinding noise when braking. Westside was able to get me in the next day after I called. The diagnostic fee was very reasonable, and they gave me recommendations for my car as well (license plate bulb out, oil change due, fog light out, brake life left). I declined other suggested repairs, but it was nice to have the information. The summary was texted to me with pictures making it easy to see the work and recommendations. Overall, I would return to Westside Service again in the future.
