Took new snowblower in for warranty, I did buy it somewhere else and I was told if I'd purchased it from them the service would be faster. I had described the what had happened and how a weld on the time was there was no penetration whatsoever but yet they claim that it had hit something. I'll share the pictures also as well because they did not even ask to see the original pictures because I did attempt to straighten it and then I realized wait it's under warranty. The unit was only used two times on my own sidewalk in town so there was nothing that it hit except snow. I'm waiting to see what they say and I also want to see the report that they send into the warranty because their attitude was not very nice in the beginning or at the end should I add that as well. If you zoom into the pictures you can see what I'm talking about with the factory weld if that's what you want to call it I would say the powder coat was holding it together more than anything but again they did not want to see the pictures. They wanted it dropped off and let them inspect it without even going over what had happened so I received no phone call from the owner of the business to discuss this. Instead I've had to reach out to the place where I purchased it great people by the way but again Battle lake standard for some odd reason they don't realize that the customers are the ones that keep them open regardless and warranty should be warranty regardless where you purchase the unit and the speed of the repair should not be based on where you bought it because if that's the case then in my opinion that's overcharging people for the purchase. If they inspect the weld and they are not idiots and if they have any common sense about welding and penetration they will come to the same conclusion that any qualified person would, the weld did not penetrate in any way shape or form.

Stopped in and got gas and went in for food. There were food items under the heat facing the public so because we had four people, I picked up the 3 Tecos and walked around and got drinks. When we went to pay there was a personal pizza on there so I told my grandson to grab it since I couldn't find anything for our 4th person. Oh my lord, the gentlemen in the kitchen glared at me sternly. Im not sure what i could have done to piss him off. If he didnt want us to take the pizza then dont put it out there. Very rude. By the way, the Tecos were horrible. Pizza was good.
