My daughter, her boyfriend & my 5 year old grandson were headed back home to red wing after visiting me in Walker. They ended up stalled on the side of the road in Brainerd and I called West Brainerd Auto Service to get them a tow and check out their car to hopefully fix it. They were there in less than 10 minutes! (Thankfully being that it is the coldest day of the year). The car was toast.. and I called a ride service to pick them up and get them back home. The ride service was running late, about 15-20 minutes after their closing time! So I called the shop and told them what was going on. The guy I spoke with immediately said not to worry, that he will stay until they are picked up so they aren't out in the cold with a bunch of luggage. This shop is hands down amazing in how they treated my family and the incredibly speedy service they gave so my loved ones weren't sitting on the side of the road and out in the cold. Thank you so much. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for their great and speedy service, as well as for their amazing employees that clearly care about others.

Awesome response on coldest day of year. I walked out of work to a car that wouldn't start. Tow truck was there in 10 min. Was informed battery was frozen. Driver advised me that I needed a new battery and I went to their shop and they installed one. Great professional service. I am telling everyone about this business. Thanks so much for helping me. All your staff are amazing.

Sunshine and Beaches Traveler

Our car broke down while driving, so we called our insurance company to get it towed into our usual shop. West Brainerd Auto was who our insurance contracted to tow our vehicle. The tow company called us and also said they could bring it to their shop and have it looked right away on Monday (the car broke down on Saturday). We agreed for them to take it to their shop. Monday morning came, and they diagnosed the problem. We told them to go ahead and fix it. I was impressed at the fast turnaround time to get our car going again! It drives great again! They did a great job getting us back on with life after this hiccup at a great rate!
