My silly toy EV ran out of juice heading back to Kasson during the blizzard. I had left my car overnight and returned to it and Otomo's was quick to answer and come tow it for me. Logan was very friendly, fast and efficient with loading up my car and dropped it off at the EV station in Kasson. The not so fun part ended up being a relief, fair pricing is all one can ask for! Ty so much Logan for this pleasant experience to what was otherwise a huge pain in the @$$.

I was on my way to my nieces wedding in Nebraska and got a flat tire on highway 14 heading out of town. I was referred to Otomo's Towing from a coworker so I called and they were on their way. Unfortunately my spare tire was low, but Logan was able to patch my tire up right there on scene. I was so happy that it worked out the way it did and even made to Nebraska on time. I can't thank Otomo's enough for their expertise and timeliness in helping me out. Logan was so helpful. Thank you again!

Logan is the absolute best! He was very understanding and quick to respond. I had my car towed in the winter time and he took great care of my vehicle. He also helped my neighbor unlock their car door for free!! Logan doesn’t know this, but we were actually really low on money that day. Thank you so much!
