Took my car in last week and had an amazing experience. The quote they gave me after my diagnostic was done was fair. Work was done quickly and I was back on the road by afternoon. The staff was great! Repair was difficult but when all was said and done, after several visits, success and very little pain. At least for me! They were patient, thoughtful, and thorough. Price was fair I think

My girlfriend has been going here for years. So she had it towed there for the work to be done. She called them asked about her car they said that they haven't gotten to it yet and that they will after lunch. This was at 11ish now. I called them at 1:57pm. To ask about it and was informed that they still haven't looked at it yet that it was the next one to be coming in. Then they call me at 2:41pm say its leaking from the waterpump that the repair will cost 1012 and some change. I have been in the field and been a server writer and how they run there fees are crazy higher then other and to charge a 199. Fee to check a coolant leak when it doesnt take an 1 to find a leak nor that long to locate it. I saw it was pouring out the bottom when I first opened the hood. So I kno from experience and knowledge they didnt take an hour to find it. This is a bad business. First tell me that its coming from the dealership but then the next day telling me they are a fatory motor parts distributor. So now the story changes and then he tries to back puddle on his comments. Then being told that because im removing the vehicle to get it done where I got a quote for half price at the repair I go to now I need to pay the fee didnt say anything about it the night before. Then I had to take time off to get it figured out due to Jerry the general manager hanging up on me. Then he said well I will only deal her. So I said she won't talk to you because she feels like a victim her for how you guys treated her. So this is just one part of this issue. I dont know any shop that doesn't have a mechanic in the building when they open and have one until they are closed.
