Russ managed the process and made sure I was informed about everything that was happening, and expected dates, and any delays. I feel he went above and beyond. There's nothing worse than being without a vehicle and wondering if they're working on it, and when you'll get it back. Russ kept me informed the entire time. I really appreciate his customer service and dedication.
