Pine City Auto Sales, a family owned business run by Keith Babin, is an incredibly honest, transparent, friendly and fair place to buy a vehicle. I found them on CarGurus and put in a request for more information for a Jeep Wrangler at their location, and Keith called me within 10 minutes. Leading up to my seeing the vehicle, I traded many emails with Keith asking questions and he quickly and kindly replied to all of them with incredible patience. They allowed me to test drive the Jeep on my own, to take whatever time needed to evaluate it, and even made a simple repair that came up. I had already found my financing, though I would suggest considering Keith's expertise in exploring financing options. I also wanted to buy a hard top for the soft topped Jeep and was struggling to find a used one, and within hours, Keith found one for me through one of his vendors, and sold it to me at cost. While my friend and I had lunch at a local restaurant, once Keith was done with the paperwork and repair, he hand delivered the Jeep and the key to the restaurant. Who does that?! :-) Keith and his business truly go well above expectations to meet your needs!
