Towed through Onstar. This company was amazing. Driver's name was William. They were to me within an hour and got my car home safely! Super grateful and I would recommend them for towing. If only Tires Plus Corporate would do the right thing and cover the damage. :(

Great experience with Josh, they were within the eta range they stated on the phone and Josh was very nice also helpful to recommend local repair shops for this area that are open on the weekends. Thankful for their services at 2:00 AM on a Saturday morning when I needed them.

The manager was very very rude to me on the phone. I understand policies and such. We have been trying to get our friends car out of the impound lot for almost 1 month. Our lawyer is not allowed to bring POA papers to her at the ICE holding center and the holding center is not allowing her to sign them via e-mail. They are giving zero understanding, so they can make money off a horrible situation we have no control over. The managers knows all of this. They want to make easy money off someone who has no control and access to sign POA papers.
