Rick does a great job at having what you need on hand. In the unlikely event that he doesn't have it, he can almost always have it the next day. Prices are are certainly competitive to the big chain stores, often better.

Always able to receive service quickly and the staff is pretty well educated about the automotive parts they carry. They actually carry an extensive amount of stuff you'd expect to have to special order and they are very good at facilitating their customers and getting them what they need quickly if they don't have it on hand already.

Worst experience of my life. Went into the store about a check engine light and the three male staffs that were working were racist. They judge me by content of my skin and not my charater. They refused to check my engine light and when I asked them for a clear explanation they couldn't provide one. There excuse was we don't do that. If your an auto partsvstore and someone has questions about there check engine light your suppose to check it and not refuse services. When I mention this one of staff working said " well you can buy a scanner if you wanna check it" what type of services is that. This place isn't worth nobody time and money. I encourage others to seek services else where. thrre not worth your time, effort, and money.
