I had an outstanding experience with Two Harbors Towing tonight. Progressive dispatched them for a flat tire, and the driver had already gone home for the evening and was getting ready to call it a night. I mentioned that I had a really busy day ahead of me tomorrow that starts early, but I also told him it was okay if he needed to wait until morning. He could probably hear the anxiety in my voice, because even after a long day, he still chose to come out right away. He arrived quickly, was incredibly kind, and had my spare on in no time. Fast, efficient, and genuinely thoughtful — he went above and beyond at a moment when he absolutely didn’t have to. His willingness to help saved me from what would have been a very stressful morning. Later, I was talking with a friend about how grateful I was for the experience, and he told me he’s gone to Two Harbors Towing in the past for repairs on his own vehicle — and he’s been extremely grateful for their work as well. It’s clear they provide excellent service not just for roadside assistance, but in their repair work too. If you ever need help in the area, I highly recommend Two Harbors Towing. They’re dependable, compassionate, and truly committed to taking care of people.

Tony really got us out of a jam when our tow vehicle broke down 250 miles from home while towing our camper. He came by the campground ahead of time to set up everything and then towed both vehicles all the way to Detroit Lakes. He was pleasant and professional and a really took great care of our vehicles and us. Thanks Two Harbors Towing.

Called for a tow to get my car to the dealership to replace some lost keys, wound up with a reference to a locksmith friend who had it all done and dusted within 2.5 hours of speaking to Tony.
