Quick, efficient, and paid top dollar !!! Very happy and pleased with the outcome. Didn't play low ball games with me, or try to pull the "it's winter in buffalo card with me, meaning it would be more work to offer me less", unlike another company I previously called. I would recommend calling this place first

The WORST customer service and attitude I've ever experienced!! Came to Lockport to pick up a Honda CR-V ,offered me $500 to pick up. Gets here and is complaining about the driveway...then complained about it having new converters on it. Then just pulled off and said "I don't wanna do it" absolutely disgusting manners and I don't recommend this spot at all!!!
