I contacted AAA because I hit an already dead animal on Highway 63 North and it dislodged a big cover piece underneath my car. AAA said Kendall’s Towing would be coming soon. 30 minutes pass and I call Kendall’s Towing and I was told they rejected the request because there wasn’t enough information. He told me to call AAA back and submit another request. Really!?? I feel it was a jerk move to reject the AAA roadside assistance request. He could have either called me and ask for more information or called AAA to get more information. That was horrible customer service and a bad business decision. Not only am I leaving them a bad review here, I will be letting everyone I know what happened. Word of mouth spreads faster than a wild fire. They should not be in the business of helping people if you have no desire to do so.

WOW, just WOW, words can't explain, but I'll try. The whole crew were so awesome. Rob and Cody went above and beyond to help us in a time of need. Their professionalism and compassion is unmatched. They assisted us after the accident, showing genuine care and making a stressful situation much easier to handle. Being out of state, they even ensured that we were supported every step of the way, including getting us to lodging. Thank you Kendall's so much you guys ROCK!!!
