Trust. One thing that causes me anxiety when dealing with folks providing a service is feeling like I was treated fairly. Jeff and I were not in agreement of what was said during our estimate session. It turns out it was because I was not clearly articulating our conversation properly. Despite this, Jeff made good on what I said he promised. I realized my mistake afterwards and tried to rectify it. However, Jeff said we were good with what we had because he wanted to keep his word to me. I left there feeling that I got good service and a fair deal. Will definitely use again for upholstery needs.

Needed a seat made for my child’s toy pedal plane. They knocked it out of the park. We talked about different materials, colors and finished look. I told them it had to be black with red stitching. We agreed on a price and they killed it. Very impressed with the entire process and the stitching and pattern they chose.
