Awesome, reliable, customer friendly, and understanding are the easy things to say about this wonderful shop. I had an issue with my tire, limped my way to Rock Port Oil and Jill and company fit me right in even though I was close to closing time. I can’t say enough about the service and the experience I had when stopping into this business. It was everything I could have hoped for and more. And reading these other reviews really proves that Jill and the rest of the staff are always 100% class and great individuals. I guarantee this is the best car repair business in Rock Port but I am willing to go as far as when I want 4 new tires, I will go to Rock Port Oil, even from Kansas City or Omaha.

We are moving from Wa state to Kentucky and my Mercedes was having a fuel issue and I found Rock Port Oil and Tire on Google. We stopped there and Jeremy had my car in the shop in minutes trying to figure out what was wrong. He also spotted I had a bad tire that needed replacing immediately and although he didn’t have what was needed to fix my car or the right size tire he did everything he could to make sure I made to a place that would!! I am very grateful for the help and appreciate the effort you gave to get me on my way again!! This shop and the family that runs it are wonderful!!? And it was fun to watch you squeeze into my car to have a look at it lol Thanks again!!
