Went online and filled out their form. Gave as truthful information as possible, including that the vehicle doesn't run, and where any damage may be. The vehicle was complete but non operational with a clean title and keys. They sent me an offer of around $350. The company never called to shchedule pickup so I called them. When the driver came to pick it up, he decided to only give me $250 as there weren't enough premium parts... although I ultimately accepted the offer I feel like they should not have made an offer before coming if they are going to renegotiate.

Nothing like spending 20 mins on the phone with someone you can barely understand just get told "oh actually, even though our website said $675, and our phone person said $675, but actually $300". Waste of time. False advertising if you're just going to LIE multiple times. Use a different service, this place will just lie to you phone the phone an waste your time.

Editing my previously 5* glowing review. I was contacted today by CoPart stating they needed additional paperwork because the car I sold has a salvage title, which I dislosed to everyone along the process who asked. Not sure how this was missed and is now my problem. I'm not happy about having to take time to go to the library, print out a form, take more time to mail the form at my own cost. Cannot believe they came so highly recommended when they're so unorganized. So much for a smooth, easy process.
