Dropped my truck off to get insurance work done. The owner told me it would take a few months... eleven months later. Almost a full year later, I had to throw a fit to get my truck finished. Four people told me they got their vehicle worked on and saw my truck parked in a corner. After being paid 90% of $15,500 from my insurance. He took on other jobs and parked mine. After months of me accepting that work takes time. Ben admitted to me that he had heard that I got seriously hurt, I almost died, and he parked my truck to wait to hear from me. They tried blaming me for miscommunication. Ben did not meet me to pick up my truck. He hid in the shop, did not apologize or anything. This is unacceptable.

Excellent people and quick service. I had a set of tires from TireRack.com that shops in Msla. wanted exorbitant amounts of $$ to mount and balance because I hadn't bought the tires from them. Superior Auto Body charged a fair rate and got the job done in a timely manner. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

The owners are two of the nicest people you could ever meet. I go here to get snow tires on/off. Mine are mounted on rims, costs $20 for all four - can't ask for better than that!
