Had a breakdown caused by shifter linkage bolt breaking. Ron put my little Metro on a truck and got it back, fabricated a bolt to work, and had me back on the road within a couple hours, and didn't break the bank. Great guys!

Would give zero stars. This business had my husband sign a paper that unknowingly was a release of ownership. My husband made it clear (before signing the paper) that we were going to pick up our vehicle and tow it back to our home. WHY on God’s green Earth would you give someone a form to sign when they made it clear that they would not be needing that type of service? We did not even get a chance to get the rest of our belongings out of the vehicle, nor notification before it was hauled off. This is very bad business practice and bad customer service. Listen to your customers once in awhile. Sad that this is the towing company we got stuck with after our horrific accident. Really, $245 to haul a car 12 minutes away?
