We were traveling I-80 on a tight schedule, when our van started to have major issues. I called to make sure someone could take a look at it quickly. When we pulled into the parking lot, James came out to greet us and had us pull right in. He found the problem quickly and fixed us up properly. He then made sure the suspension components and tires all looked good. The price was more than fair. We would definitely patronize them again, but hope it's not necessary;) The bathrooms and waiting area were clean and comfortable.

Very helpful! While en route from Denver to Vermont in Jan 2026 my daughter & I had a tire that seemed to keep losing air. A gas station 12 miles west of Big Springs recommended Big Springs Tire & Auto Repair so we dropped in. The owner, James, took plus right in, pulled the problematic tire and was very helpful in getting us back on the road in less than an hour. Thank you James & Big Springs Tire & Auto Repair!

If you get a flat on the freeway right around the Nebraska/Colorado border, I recommend this place. Great customer service; the mechanic answered the phone immediately and was available as soon as the car was towed in. He did not try to upsell on tires, only to plug and patch if possible and then replace when it was not without requiring a replacement of all four. Really appreciate the work, as it got me to my destination!
