My sister and I went to this place to recycle our cans. This was our first experience trying to recycle in this yard. We were told to drive around to the other side of the building (I went to the office to ask where di I go to recycle the aluminum cans). We drove to the back and went up the ramp and the kid on the fork lift told us to back up oto ff the ramp. As we backing up, he went and helped a big rig behind us who had bulk metal. We didn't know what we were suppose to do as there wasn't any plastic barrels labeled or available to utilize. We drove around the circle, only to have another truck coming behind us. We stopped and I hollered at the kid "where do we put the cans?" He drove up that ramp and didn't pay any attention to what I was asking. It was a hot day and we were heading for lunch, only to get dismissed as people that needed assistance and ended up throwing everything in a trash dumpster and never got paid! This is the WORST facility I have ever been to. The lack of assistance and being ignored was inexcusable and unacceptable. It appears the boy gets commission for bulk metal and it doesn't compare to our measly two bags of aluminum cans! Horrible experience and the boy is rude, inconsiderate and clearly biased.

Alter was a good find and AJ is a great man, with whom, to deal. A big, gregarious soul with a pretty good wit. He made the process easy and have good consultation. I will be Altering my recycling dropoff for metals and e-waste to this place. It's a little out of the way from the main Keaney exit, buy it's an easy road from the second exit heading east.
