I don’t have a good experience. They wanted to charge me extra money for labor due to the time of day after my diagnosis was done and the mechanic didn’t tighten my coil back up so I ended up broke down on the interstate. Photo of the coil not being tightened down.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Sid Dillon in Crete and we had an amazing experience! We had the chance to work with Edgar, who was amazing! He was very courteous and was more than willing to help with any questions we had. Ten days after we purchased the car, we took it back in to have a couple things worked on that we had agreed to during the purchase, as well as 1 item that came up in that 10 days after. That unplanned fix would have cost us several hundred dollars to fix, but Sid Dillon, being the awesome people that they are, picked up the tab for us and fixed it at no additional expense!
