Shout out to the employees here, had a flat and was able to buy what I needed to patch the tire up and lent me his jack and helped me get squared away and back on our road trip and Really appreciate you helping us out and appreciate you being a genuine person and helping us out in a pinch. Absolutely great place. Offering after hours service for a small fee. When you break down at 530 pm on Friday and there is a number on the door to call for assistance, that will come in and open the store to help get you back on the road… it would be worth 10 times what they charge. To be a smaller store in a remote location they are very well stocked and staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I can not thank their outside sales specialist enough for coming out not once but twice when I found out I needed more than originally I originally thought !!!

Would avoid this Napa location for any serious purchases. After buying 1500 dollars of hydraulic hoses 4 out of the 7 had the wrong fittings. The hoses we received were finished right at closing so unfortunately i payed before i could ensure they were exactly the same as what we gave them.The next day we were told there is nothing they could do because we saw the hoses. Never have had a business make hoses different than the ones given to them and then blame the customer for not catching it before they were payed for. We will need thousands of dollars in hydraulic hoses and auto parts over the next 6 months and unfortunately we will have to go elsewhere. CHERRY on top is that the manager was going to talk to the owner and call us back but instead we had to go back in to find out they weren't going to help us out at all. Thanks for the phone call!
