Had a great experience with Scrap-it removing an old van. I thought i would need to get it towed away at some expense, but i gave Scrap-it a call. They picked it up, negotiating a pretty challenging spot to back into with a flat-bed. I was more than pleased with getting a check instead of having to pay to remove it!

I Called on Monday morning to inquire about having my mothers truck picked up. I Spoke with Debbie (her customer service skills leave a lot to be desired). She asked me questions about the truck and the Title and I answered all her questions, including the fact that the Title was a duplicate. She said they may be out that day, but more likely Tuesday. I let her know the key and Title would be in the truck. When they did’t arrive by Tuesday evening I called and spoke with her again and asked if they were still coming out that day. She didn’t apologize for the fact that they didn’t come out as scheduled and just rudely blew me off saying they’ll be there tomorrow(Wednesday). Well, the next day came and went and they still didn’t show. Finally on Thursday afternoon they showed up. They soon left letting my husband know they don’t accept duplicate Titles. I was very frustrated that I had told them that on Monday and they had wasted my week. However, I contacted my mom and located the original Title and called them back to let them know so we could reschedule. I attempted to talk with Debbie who cut me off mid talk and put me on hold. When she came back she told me they would not be coming back out for my truck since they had already come out for nothing. Had they asked appropriate questions and/or listening during our initial conversation they could have told me exactly what they could or could not accept on Monday. Instead they wasted my entire week for nothing and then had the audacity to imply that I wasted their time. I was unimpressed right from the start. However, my mom really needed to get rid of her truck so I stuck with them so we could just get her truck taken care off. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I called Ralph at Scrap It to help get rid of my junk car at my home. Ralph came down as soon as possible and towed it back to their Scrap yard. They had a check already for me to pick up. They gave me a fair price for my junk car. A shout out to Ralph and Scrap It for great their service. I highly recommend Scrap It I would definitely use them again!!!
