This review is for Presby's Towing group. I was visiting the area from far out of state. I got in a bad situation with a vehicle that wouldn't start in some extremely cold weather far from home and far from where I was staying for the weekend. Presby was very helpful in coordinating a time to meet us at the vehicle (we were over an hour away) despite being swamped with other calls related to the cold weather. Because of heavy call volume we were not able to get through to AAA, Presby even helped us process the AAA claim so it didn't cost us anything out of pocket. Great customer service when we needed it most....I highly recommend.

My daughter locked her keys, and her phone, in the car and Presby was called as part of my roadside assistance. Very satisfied with their service and the person I spoke to on the on the phone was very polite and helpful. Thank you!
