Jeff and his team at Parker’s Auto are genuinely amazing. They’ve helped me more times than I can count and have always been upfront, honest, and transparent about costs and what actually needs to be done. I originally chose them because of the reviews, and I really hope this review does the same for someone else. Let me be clear: this is the kind of shop you’d trust your grandchildren with… and I know that because I am one. I never once felt talked down to or pressured into unnecessary work. They didn’t try to upcharge me, were incredibly patient while I figured out finances, and made me feel like both me and my car were genuinely in good hands. If you need a mechanic you can trust especially if you’re on a tight budget this is the place to go. Note: The entrance can be a little tricky to find since there’s no big sign, but trust me, it’s worth it.
