With winter approaching quickly, we contacted Northern Tire to order 4 new winter, studded, General Grabber Tires. We were immediately connected with Bailen. The interaction with Bailen was a 10 out of 10 STAR EXPERIENCE!!! Bailey was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly competent! He provided pricing, ordered the tires immediately, and reviewed the tire programs such as Nitrogen Plus offered by Northern Tire. Later we spoke with Karen to schedule the installation of the tires. Karen upheld the phenomenal Northern Tire experience with her competence, friendly, professional manner, and got us scheduled right away! Our exceptional experience did’t stop there, 3 weeks later we had a major sidewall blowout. Northern Tire lived up to their exceptional customer commitment by immediately getting a new studded tire in for us under the Nitrogen Plus program, and installed it expeditiously. On this occasion, we were fortunate to meet the owner, Ryan. Ryan was extremely gracious and helpful.
