I write my share of reviews and i have another one here. I've known Paul, (the owner) for many years. This is his first business. I want everyone to know that just because he is a friend of mine that it doesn't mean I'll tell nice stories about him or his business. Im a realist and I can tell anyone honestly, he is an expert mechanic. He ALWAYS makes sure the job is done right and with care. Im a critic so if something isn't done right, I will tell you. He replaced my exhaust manifold bolts and turbo on my 2017 Ford Transit 350. He called me to inform me that my waterpump was starting to leak. Great catch! So, of course, I had him replace that as well. I can honestly endorse Paul Wright and THE WRIGHT CHOICE to anyone looking for a good honest repair shop. Look him up on line. I guarantee you are not going to be disappointed. I love this guy, not just because he is my friend but because he is a good, honest, person looking to make an honest living by treating everyone he meets with those values. The Wright Choice Auto Repair did what no place in Manchester could. Having beaten a medical issue my dad got an old convertible last summer. It has brought him so much joy and he wanted to get new stickers for his dashboard. It was perfect for his 79th birthday! He had ordered them to install himself. I called countless places and everyone told me they didn’t do that. Then I called way down to Danville, NH! Bethany answered the phone (not a computer!) and was SO accommodating and sweet and kind. We drove the 40 minutes down and 40 minutes back on a Tuesday, they did it on a Wednesday and we picked it up on a Thursday. I would 100% go through the trouble a thousand times. I feel like I can trust a mechanic again. I can’t thank them enough for making this as important to them as it is to my dad. He’s the only one I got and Wright Choice understands that. I haven’t seen service like that from human beings in decades.

We have been having our cars serviced at the dealership for years. I bought my car over 5 years ago and she had never seen anyone but the dealer. My husband bought his truck about 3 years ago and needed to have a part replaced in order for it to pass inspection. We lived in Danville years ago, and moved just as The Wright Choice Repair was moving in. We have driven by numerous times and have seen the great reviews given by customers over the years. Well, when his truck needed to have this part replaced, we got one quote from the dealer and drove to Wright Choice, Paul checked the part and stated it had a very minor leak. But due to the dealer failing the inspection, we had to get the part replaced. Paul and Bethany gave a quote that was a thousand dollars cheaper than the dealer. A week later Paul fixed the truck and it now has a sticker. They even have loaner cars so customers do not have to worry about being "stranded". We are now customers of The Wright Choice and for the first time since March of 2020 my car will be serviced by someone other than the dealership. I highly recommend Paul and Bethany!
