While driving with my son in his truck we suddenly found ourselves extremely stuck on a snow covered road. After calling roadside assistance it was Whiting’s that came to our rescue. They showed up in a reasonable amount of time and with the help of their wench we were pulled out in less than half an hour. The two gentlemen were so friendly and knowledgeable it really put me at ease with the situation. I would recommend them for any automotive needs you may have.

I called in when I had my mishap and the dispatcher heard my childrens voices in addition to my explaining the situation and had dispatched a truck immediately to my location. They were there within 15 minutes of the initial phone call. My vehicle was 10ft off the road in the snow, threaded between two trees, I wasn’t sure that it was going to be recoverable without any further additional damage but the expertise and precision of this company and the owner whom was dispatched to my location, was able to recover my vehicle from between these two trees without any further damage to the vehicle! Even the recovery price was amazing! They were expeditiously responsive, very courteous and informative about how everything was going to happen and still cared enough to make sure that all persons involved were OK. If you ever find yourself in need of a tow service or repair service, these are seriously the people that you need to call! From Dispatch to the operator this exceeded my expectations of kindness and empathy. They are second to none and have my full bout of confidence and trust which is very difficult to attain! My family and I want to thank you again for your responsiveness and your kindness throughout our trivial ordeal.
