Very happy with his customer service and work done from oil leaks, LED headlight upgrade, oil changes, state inspection, and tire rotation this man can do it all. Highly recommend shaker valley auto. Rich Martin is a great guy and extremely honest. He repaired and painted the front of my RV after it was dropped off a tow truck. He went over and above what I would have expected now days. I honestly can't say enough. He arranged for me to get new tires and brakes, while I was in another state. He did me a huge favor and kept my RV safe until I could finally manage to pick it up. Rich Martin if I could give you 10********** I would. If you need quality work done at a reasonable price... I have been using their services for a number of years now and they seem to be getting better as time goes on. We had two issues with our car and both were fixed on time and at a fair price. They even dealt with a resistant insurance company keeping our frustration level almost non existent. It was a good job with no complaints.
