Online the store advertises that they will assist you with basic installations of their products. When I called to see if they had the battery I need, the man who answered the phone (Pete) was extremely kind and helpful. When I asked if it was true that they would assist me to swap out my battery (like it says online), he told me that they were too short staffed and I could get a work order at the attached VIP store. I understand that and agreed to pick up the battery to bring home and replace with my brothers assistance. The thing that really bothered me was when I arrived to pick up my battery... there were no other customers in the store and two workers at the counter. I told them the employees name I had spoken to on the phone and that he had set aside my battery. They told me he was out back and would help me shortly. I had no problem waiting but it did seem odd they were unable or unwilling to just ring me up. I waited awkwardly while the two employees stood there doing nothing for maybe 10 to 15 minutes making jokes and generally just standing around. It got to a point that they clearly were uncomfortable waiting longer so one of them tried to ring me up but made a big deal of how they were doing it under the other workers login. During this, the employee I had originally spoken to came out and finished my transaction. The overall in store experience felt so awkward, clumsy and weird. Honestly, the guy Pete who helped me was great and overly informative, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I definitely feel like they denied me assistance in my battery swap because they were clearly attempting to bring in more money and customers to the attached VIP. I understand how businesses work and I even appreciate the recommendation to put in a work order next door... what I don't appreciate is being lied to and told that they're too short staffed to assist when there were two employees just standing there, joking around and doing literally nothing. I highly recommend telling customers the truth like, "we could help you, but we highly recommend you put in a work order next door so you're properly taken care of" or something like that; if anything, the store seemed over staffed with a couple extra warm bodies. I will probably not return here and visit Autozone in the future. Again, Pete was great and helpful.

Just had an awesome experience at OReilly’s in Londonderry, NH. Needed new wiper blades and needed a lot of help figuring out which ones I needed as well as taking off the old ones and putting on the new ones. Mike was extremely helpful and incredibly friendly. Just could not of been more helpful! I so appreciated it! Great customer service. Thank you so much!

The staff went out of their way to help me with my alternator issue while visiting. Their assistance helped ensure I made it back to VA safely. Highly recommend.
