I own 4 cars. A 2003, 2006, 2016, and a 2021. European, Japanese, and American. Kruczek's has worked on all of them and have impressed me so much by their transparency, honesty, value, and speed. There was a repair on one of my Saabs that they didn't think was in their wheelhouse. Rather than open a can of worms and waste our time and money, they recommended a nearby Saab specialist. No dishonest shop would do this. Very friendly and easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend.

tow truck was prompt and driver was friendly. Whoever the mechanic is however told me my manual transmission had grenaded itself and was fully destroyed. Took it to another shop and they fixed the shift tower/arm and my car is driving again for a only couple hundred bucks. Even after an hour of research myself it didn't seem like the transmission was done. If I had listened to this mechanic my 2014 car would've been scrapped, or installed a new transmission for no reason.
