I purchased Volkswagen parts through Facebook Marketplace from Alex Clough and Tyler Lundstrom and paid in full. After weeks of follow-up messages asking for shipping information or an update, I have received nothing. The parts were never shipped, my messages have gone unanswered, and I have not been refunded. This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious and confirm details before sending payment. I would stay away from doing business here if they hire people like this

J & J went above and beyond to help me out with my extended warranty when the dealerships wouldn't. They fixed the issue of my truck not starting after a false diag from the Toyota dealership. AND even went as far as to calling the dealership to help me get my money back. AMAZING!! I also got my truck back the following day, when the dealerships said 2 to 6 weeks! Just such amazing service! They actually want to help people and not take advantage! We need more auto repair shops like this. 100% recommended!
