My 17 year old daughter got into an accident this last Saturday, unfortunately this company is the one who was called to tow her car, Sunday my daughter called to speak to them about how to take care of of the tow and or remove the vehicle from their property and how she could retrieve her property from the vehicle and she was told we can’t help you we are closed. Come Monday she calls again and they were trying to charge her $650, and told her she could not have anything from the vehicle until she paid the $650. I called them and explained she is a student and her school bag is in the car they at first wouldn’t budge or allow her to have even her school bag until I started getting angry over the phone and with alot of fighting and not giving up for my child we were able to only get her school bag but they had to be the ones to go and get it from her car we could not go near the car They went on to say she could sign her title over and pay $150 and get her belongings but once at the shop to pick up her school bag, the price changed to $175 for the tow and other fees of $475 and we could not get the rest of her belongings and they also proceeded to search her car for her title. The guy who I believe is the owner went on to tell my daughter while we were standing in his building he will send her information into the state and tell them she had abandoned her car and have her license revoked. Mind you we called Sunday and Monday and went there on Monday as well! He had my daughter in tears with how awful he was treating her, the prices kept changing and it took several days before we were “aloud” to get her belongings she was in an accident not pulled over with fines or under any investigation but her things were being held from her. I had my dad call and he would not budge from the $475 fine, but it was mentioned we could have someone other and tow her car out of there pay the tow charge of course not once were we trying to get out of paying anything, but in order to have someone of our own tow it out it would cost even more money. He also said part of the charges were for the scrapping of the vehicle, am I wrong or does he get paid to scrap it? Because in all my experiences that’s been the case. He and his employee who was in the office when we went there were both laughing at my daughter and I with questions or concerns we brought up we definitely felt as if we were being belittled. Finally after many attempts and getting my dad to call and other calls made he would not budge with the $475 to get her things from the car and we had a time limit and their hours of operation are not very feasible for working people or students so time had to be taken off from work again and I had to pull my child out of school early so we had amble time to go and get her belongings (we live a bit away from there). Only nice thing I can say is while there he pulled her car out with his wrecker and got her trunk open that we couldn’t get to because of the accident so she could get her things from there other than that absolutely horrible place to deal with and most definitely try and scam you. And I’m not one to say it’s because we are female, but that’s absolutely the case in this situation had we had a male call and or go there to begin with I personally feel he wouldn’t have tried to tack on so much money. There’s more I could add to this but this is the just of it. If you have a choice chose a different company!

My son totaled my car at about 430pm. We were going on vacation the next day, they wouldn't let us get any 9f his stuff out of the car that night or the next day without verification from our insurance company, even the insurance company was baffled on why they went about it that way, then charged my insurance 750$ for a less than 2 mile tow...claiming after hours...I was like the shop says it closes at 5!!! Rude and disrespectful staff. Definitely don't recommend. Even had to involve PD to get his stuff. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
