It was such a pleasure dealing with Mark. I brought in my 2017 Hyundai Elantra to him in Dec 2025 and we had settled down on a price, which was fair if you are selling a car to a dealership, definitely better than what Hyundai pre-owned centers would have ever offered me (I never even bothered to contact Hyundai). I asked Mark for a quote if I were to sell the car next month in Jan 2026 and he gave me a reduced price since it would have added another year on the car. Finally, I brought in the car again in Jan 2026 and to my sweet surprise, Mark honored his word and not once did he try to bargain. A true gentleman. He made everything as easy as it gets and the whole process took less than an hour. And as they advertise on the website, he even booked me an uber ride to my desired location. 10/10 would recommend working with him if you are trying to make the car selling process hassle free.
