So I bought a So I bought a 2016 Jeep renegade usually I will have good things to say this is my sixth car that I bought from now Mike he’s always great. He’s cool but I woke up this morning. Remind you. I just bought the car Thursday woke up this morning to all these codes on my car check engine light so I call up there literally just now at like 930 when they finally answered the phone so I let them know I bought a car I have the 30 day warranty. He gonna tell me the car will be a drop off. I gotta drop it off Monday and pick it up on a Wednesday and then I asked y’all give me a loaner car. He stated no so I just paid you $10,000 for a car on a Thursday and a check engine light came on Saturday so that only needs me to believe that the codes were erased and then the brakes wasn’t fixed the brakes sound like I’m dragging a big box and for them to treat me how I’m being treated. I should’ve been a valued customer, knowing that I keep spending my money when I come up there, but I can guarantee you. This is the last time I’ll be by the car. The only way that this review can change if my car get fixed immediately under the warranty that I have with this car company with that being said let’s see what happens after this. You get posted because that’s not OK. Talk about it. It’s gonna be a drop off. No it’s not gonna be a drop off if you keep saying oh we gonna fix ain’t no engine ain’t no fix the engine light it’s fixed what is called in the engine light like are you dumb and it has a remote start and then this morning I hit the remote start all of a sudden it goes off now

I saw a SUV I was interested in purchasing as my first car. Called the dealership before traveling an hour and a half by train n bus from NEW YORK and the sales person over the phone was not professional at all. Should have been red flag number 1 but I really wanted this to be my 1st vehicle…. Took the trip out there to see the vehicle and test drive. After viewing, it was not in condition that was shown online. Plastics for the seat broken and held up by zip ties, seat controls not working, indicators not working, seat belt isnt even hooked up, tire has a leak. I told the sale person I wasn’t pleased and he brushed my concerns away saying that’s something easy to fix (these aren’t things I should be worrying about fixing when you are quoting me the kind of price u are expecting me to pay). I stated that those are simple things that should have already been dealt with even as small as the seat belt. Sales rep said thank you and walked away with an attitude. After buying a 1 way ticket from NY expecting to drive back home with my new car, I was now stuck in the middle of nowhere for 3 hours waiting in the cold for a next bus home. Dealer is unprofessional and not helpful at all !!!!!!

Mike the salesman that I met at Bloomingdale Auto Group was very busy when I first arrived to the lot. However, he still made the time to let me view all the cars I was interested in. The most laid back salesman I’ve ever met. He did not rush me nor did he pressure me to take the first car I test drove. He was very patient and allowed me to take my time to make my decision which was very hard by the way as there were so many cars I was interested in and that were in my price range which was around $1500-$2000 which was not much but I was determined to find something that day as that was like the 4th or 5th dealership I went to. He even allowed me and my brother to test drive the car alone which was a first as that’s never happened to me before. **Side note: I definitely recommend that you bring someone who is knowledgeable about cars with you like I did, that way you can be sure you make the right choice and you don’t miss any crucial details**Once we test drove a 2nd car and checked out everything to make sure it was to my liking, I purchased it the same day and took it home without any issues. I inquired about the title and was told that it would be mailed to me. I was a little bit wary on that part so I insisted to pick it up once it was ready and Mike completely understood and told me to call the next business day before coming to the office to pick it up. The car was purchased on a Friday and I was able to pick up the title on the following Wednesday which was a few days later. I ended up going to their location in Butler which I was ok way as it was closer to me then their Bloomingdale location.Once I got their Chris and their friendly staff was able to swiftly assist me with retrieving my title. I was then able to go to the MVC with it and registered the car with no issues. I’m really happy with my purchase and want to thank Mike with Bloomingdale Auto Group for the amazing car shopping experience. Which was a 10/10. Highly recommend!!
