This review is different than most. Yesterday, my car engine started to smoke, and I pulled into the Auto Zone parking lot, awaiting AAA. I explained to Rosa why I was there, and she immediately brought me a chair and offered me water. I am 81 years old and was clearly a bit nervous, but Rosa put me at ease and couldn't have been nicer. I would like to counter the one-star review she received by emphasizing her kindness and concern. Her attitude, I am sure, extends to her customers as well.

John R was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in changing out my car battery. He also went out in the cold and changed it for me without complaint. I will definitely be back because of John.

I went to the Brooklawn Autozone to get parts for my car and John R helped me out. He listened to my needs patiently and then he told me what was really wrong with my car. I was told by a fake mechanic what I needed and John saved me from buying the wrong stuff that's my go to store from now on Thanks John for your knowledge and honesty !
