Anytime any of my cars needs mechanical work, this is the only place I bring them. I highly recommend you do not go to this shop to fix anything in your vehicle. I wish I could give them a zero stars. I gave them my car to fix a heat issue, they kept my car for a week+, paid $1700, And the issue wasn’t even fixed after they told me on the phone the heat was blowing out really hot now. Paid for a heater core and a thermostat and when I picked it up and the heat wasn’t blowing at all and was told that maybe I would need a thermostat. Ummm didn’t I just pay you to replace that? Plus now , I had grease all over my dash, headliner, and rugs, a hole in my leather Passenger seat, cuts on my dashboard, damage to my gearshift, Scratched my driver side Interior door panel, and left the trash/water bottles on my seat, oil and crushed in Chapstick on my Weatherteks After all of that, I had to return my vehicle to them to fix the same issue I Originally came in for that I paid $1700 to complete. Kept my car again for another week+ Only now to get it back with the patch repaired with a mismatched piece of material that wasnt even leather, and spray painted over the whole seat ( they used a piece of fabric of another color and missed the front corner when spray painting it as you will see from the photos). They then proceeded to tell me that because the hole wasnt there anymore Regardless of what it looks like ,the problem was solved. I absolutely suggest you don’t bring your car there to service anything. Especially when they have the nerve to charge dealer prices and you get your car back worse then when you gave it too them. I have attached all the photos of the damage to my car so that you can see this is a legit hack job of a terrible Mechanic.
