This is my first time dealing with Julianos. Upon arriving at the establishment, where there are piles of garbage all around where the employees are just laying on top of. making it difficult to navigate through to the front. After paying for my vehicle I had 2 questions to ask. Note both questions went unanswered because at this moment a woman named Kendra I think… presumably the “secretary” in her pajama bottoms and hot attitude came up within a foot of my being and started shouting and cursing for me to get out. Stating all I wanted was a discount. The man behind the counter… presumably the “owner” had to tell this woman three times to get out of my face. I felt threatened so I also left and made a report about it. I then called featherlys garage to pick up my car as I was not giving anymore business to this “establishment “ where they were very nice and prompt about getting my car back for me. I highly recommend, if you are ever in an accident make sure YOU let authorities know you want featherlys, and not a business where you will be harassed for asking simple questions.
