I had a frustrating experience with Englewood Auto Spa after my accident repair. They gave me an estimated completion date for my car, and I planned my schedule around that timeline. Instead, they finished the car earlier than their own estimate without coordinating with me, which left me with unexpected rental costs and cost me a lot of money. They were not accommodating to any requests and repeatedly told me the car had to be picked up and removed as soon as possible. The autobody work itself was average, and their communication and customer service were below average and terrible. I would never use them again and do not recommend them to anyone.
