I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I called to ask a few questions about their service, and the employee I spoke with (his name started with “A”) was extremely rude and unprofessional. He had a bad attitude throughout the call and eventually hung up on me while I was still speaking. Customer service should be respectful, and this interaction left a very negative impression. Even if the service were offered for free, I would not return to this shop. It also made me uncomfortable, as I couldn’t help but feel that I was treated differently because of my accent.

Since The Auto Shop transitioned from Ed & Jim, Andre the new owner has maintained their legacy. Andre has handled a variety of repair fixes and routine maintenance for us. Work was done with high quality and in a timely manner. Andre always takes time to understand the issue, explain alternatives and associated cost. He is very trustworthy, knowledgeable and excellent communication skills. Highly recommendable!

My first time seeking service at this shop. I took my 2008 Honda Civic in for a front brake job and oil change. I am a former mechanic so I knew the state of my brakes and that the rear brakes and front driver's side caliper needed replacement too, but didn't say so as a little test. They inspected my brakes and called be back with an accurate assessment of the needed repairs and quoted me a fair price. I authorized the work and it was done quickly and for what I was quoted. I checked the work; the oil was fresh and the filter new. Also, my brakes work great. An honest, competent shop is invaluable for savings and safety. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be going back. Your can trust them to be fair and honest.
